ADRIAN OSWALD

Adrian Oswald Rajendran has 25 years, of courtroom experience as well as appellate court advocacy representing various cross sectional of individuals as well as medium and multimillion corporations.

He has been appointed as legal adviser for various corporations and has been consulted by various corporations regarding drafting of specialized agreements, such as agreement for the purchase of vessels, agreement on the sharing of technology on the fresh water fish farming.

He was admitted to the Malaysia Bar on 9th of November 2000 in the High Court of Malaya Kuala Lumpur.

He was appointed by the Chief Justice of Malaysia to hold the office of Commissioner for Oath on 2015 and since then has held the office until to-date.

He was also appointed as the member of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Committee on 18/09/2014 and subsequently was appointed to preside as chairman of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Committee to investigate on the misconduct of advocates and solicitors

He was also appointed as Notary Public on July 2023 and held the office until to-date.

He is also an Accredited Mediator by the Malaysian Bar Council Mediation Centre and has acted as mediator for several commercial disputes between companies.

In recognition of the numerous successful mediation completed by him, the Minister at the Prime Minister’s Department (In Charge of Law) had appointed him as the mediator under the Covid Act 2020.
